About Me
Providing speech therapy within Massachusetts and accent reduction services globally
ASHA-Certified Speech-Language Pathologist & Accent Reduction Specialist
Hi! I’m an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist and accent modification coach. I help people communicate more clearly and confidently in American English so they can feel more comfortable in professional, social, and personal settings.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tufts University and my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College. My training helps me understand how the brain, mouth, and body work together to produce speech, as well as how grammar, sentence structure, tone, vocabulary, and social communication contribute to being understood.
I began specializing in accent modification in 2017 after attending a conference where I learned that speech-language pathologists are uniquely qualified to teach these skills. I knew right away that this was work I wanted to pursue. I’ve always been drawn to friendships with people from different countries and cultures, and my own family’s first- and second-generation American roots give me a personal appreciation for the role language plays in helping us connect with others.
Since opening my private practice in 2014, I’ve helped clients of all ages strengthen their communication skills and build confidence in everyday life.
